Key points

Manus has announced Manus for Business, introducing a Team Plan and an Enterprise Plan aimed at helping organizations become AI-native. The company said its own teams already rely on Manus for tasks such as consolidating product feedback from Slack, assigning and tracking work, and checking a codebase before suggesting fixes for customer support inquiries.

According to Manus, the Team Plan is designed to be powerful for several reasons: it selects the best LLM for each part of a task, produces polished ready-to-go outputs such as research reports, PowerPoints, dashboards, and multimedia, enables building a web app from idea to prototype in minutes, and allows deploying hundreds of sub-agents within a single task to scale work up or down.

The product is built for collaboration. Tasks live in the cloud, and related work can be organized into Projects that carry shared instructions, files, Skills, and connector settings, including for scheduled recurring tasks. Skills can be shared across a team, and administrators can enforce a Skill when a process needs to stay consistent.

Manus also described collaboration boundaries and controls: teammates can contribute to shared tasks, while Team Only access keeps supported tasks, replays, files, and internal sites within the workspace. Free Guests can review shared work and comment without taking a paid seat. Credits from paid seats are pooled, billed centrally, and tracked in a team usage dashboard, with administrators able to add credits as needs change. Roles, sharing controls, audit logs, SSO, and SCIM are available for growing teams.

On data handling, Manus said it prohibits model providers from training on Team customer data and holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 certifications, directing readers to its Trust Center for details.

The Team Plan is available now, starting at US$20 per paid seat per month or US$200 per paid seat per year for 4,000 credits, with Guest seats free. Organizations needing managed accounts, legal hold, SIEM log integration, agent network controls, or per-user usage limits can explore Manus Enterprise and contact sales.
